Creating Categories in Communities

Categories can only be created at the community level by community admins and owners.

  1. Go to "Admin Tools" from your community home page  
  2. In Admin Tools, select "Categories" from the left-hand navigation menu.
  3. Select "+ Add New Category"
  4. Input the category name into the text box provided and select "Save"
The ellipsis to the left allows you to edit, delete or create a Rally within the category.

Categories appear on the Community Landing page in the left-hand navigation menu. Rallies are added to categories when the are created within the community or from the Rally Settings page within the Rally.
